Women's Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu Competition

A fast-paced No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu class tailored for those with at least 6 months of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, geared towards competitors and team supporters. It features intense, competitive-level sparring in a safe environment, preparing participants for the rigors of competition mats.
